Carefully pour the ashes into the container after unscrewing the top part, ideally over a clean sheet of paper from which you can easily return any grains. A small funnel or a folded strip of paper is suitable for this. Before screwing it back on, check that no dust remains on the thread so that the cap fits correctly. You can reopen the container later, carefully empty it, and fill it with another small keepsake. We recommend removing the necklace while bathing, swimming, or exercising. Wipe the jewellery with a soft dry cloth and store it separately from other jewellery to prevent its surface from scratching unnecessarily.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
