Before filling, we recommend cleaning and drying both the compartment and the thread. Carefully pour the ashes in small portions and only tighten the closure by hand to avoid damaging the thread. It is advisable to remove the necklace when showering, swimming, or exercising and store it in a dry place. The surface of the pendant can be wiped occasionally with a soft dry cloth to remove fingerprints and restore its original shine. When not wearing it, keep it separate from other jewellery to prevent unnecessary scratching of the surface.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
