Communication buttons for dogs and cats are a popular tool that allows your pet to express what it wants. The set includes 4 individual recording buttons in green, yellow, red, and blue, making it easy to distinguish each word by colour. The buttons are designed for both dogs and cats, and animals of various ages can use them. You can record your own voice message of up to 30 seconds on each button, such as the words food, water, outside, or play. When a dog or cat presses the button with its paw, your recorded command will play. Gradually, your pet learns to associate the sound with a specific action.
The buttons have a round shape with a diameter of approximately 9 cm and a large flat top that the animal can easily hit. Recording is simple: set the switch on the bottom to the REC position, hold the top of the button, and speak your message. After switching to the PLAY position, the button will play the stored recording each time it is pressed. You can delete the recording at any time and re-record it, for example, when you want to change a command or add a new word to your pet's vocabulary. Each button operates independently, so you can place them around the house according to where your pet needs the item, such as one by the bowl and another by the door.

For training, we recommend starting with one or two words that have a clear meaning for the dog, and gradually adding more buttons. Place the buttons in a consistent location in the house so your pet can quickly remember them. The plastic surface can be wiped with a damp cloth, but do not submerge the button in water. Batteries are inserted into the compartment on the bottom and can be replaced without tools.

How do I return goods?

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
ExchangesA different size, colour or variant
Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
