The 12 x 7 mm clasp fastener is a sturdier option for making and repairing necklaces, bracelets, and anklets. The clasps are made from stainless steel 304, a material commonly used in jewellery. Each clasp features a spring tongue that opens when pressed and snaps shut upon release. Open the connecting ring with flat pliers always to the side, not by stretching it wide, to maintain its round shape and ensure it closes properly. After fitting onto the chain, press the ring firmly again. Store finished jewellery separately to prevent chains from tangling, and clean them with a soft dry cloth. It is advisable to remove jewellery before bathing and sports activities.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
