The Fenice 6.5-inch chunker scissors are designed for quick thinning and shaping of dense dog fur. The serrated blade features 17 wide teeth, with larger gaps in between, allowing the scissors to remove significantly more fur with each cut compared to standard thinning scissors. The thinning rate is stated by the manufacturer as 70 to 75%. This makes them ideal for shortening and shaping voluminous fur, resulting in a natural appearance without harsh scissor marks. They are suitable for beginner groomers as well as for home grooming.
The total length of the scissors is 16.5 cm and the blade length measures 7.1 cm. The blades are made of stainless steel 9Cr, which is resistant to wear. Use the chunker scissors on dry and well-combed fur. Because they remove a lot of fur at once, cut gradually with smaller cuts, comb the fur in between, and regularly check how the result looks. After use, remove any fur residue from the teeth and wipe the scissors with the provided cloth. The adjustment key can be used to adjust the screw tension according to how light a movement you prefer. Between uses, store the scissors in the case, which protects the teeth and blade from damage. Protect the scissors from falling onto hard surfaces, as a bent tooth could catch the fur. Do not cut paper or other materials with them, and keep the stored scissors clean, dry, and out of reach of children.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
