When putting on, place the scarf with the longer side at the nape of the dog's neck, leaving the tip at the front on the chest, and tie the ends into a knot or bow. Do not tie the knot too tightly; there should be room for two fingers between the scarf and the neck. The material is not water-resistant, so remove the scarf after walks in the rain or snow and allow it to dry. Out of season, simply fold it and store it with other Christmas decorations. You can tie the scarf on your dog while decorating the tree and keep it on for the entire festive evening if they are comfortable wearing it.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
