Overview
Children's Trainers Low Shoes with Wide Toe Breathable Mesh with Velcro Elastic Laces Rubber Sole Unisex School Footwear

Trainers for everyday use are primarily judged by how quickly they can be put on and how much room is left for the toes. The upper is made of breathable mesh with both coarse and fine textures, complemented by smooth panels over the toe and sides that cover the most stressed areas. A wide strap with Velcro fastening runs across the instep, beneath which are elastic laces threaded through loops that maintain the set width and do not need to be tied. A loop is sewn onto the heel, which helps to pull the shoe onto the foot. The sole consists of a thin rubber outsole with a smooth side and a slightly contoured profile, and the cut remains low beneath the ankle.

  • Velcro fastening — the strap across the instep can be adjusted to the width of the foot and fastens in one movement without adult assistance.
  • Elastic laces — stretchy laces keep the instep snug but do not need to be tied, so there is no risk of them coming undone during the day.
  • Breathable mesh — textile sections on the sides and tongue allow the foot to ventilate during all-day wear.
  • Wide rounded toe — the front section does not taper, allowing space for the toes even when the foot is rolling.
  • Reinforced panels — smooth parts over the toe and sides protect the areas that get worn first during play.
  • Rubber sole — the thin rubber bottom remains flexible and transitions into a rim connected to the upper.
  • Heel loop — the sewn loop above the heel makes it easier to pull the shoe on when getting dressed.
  • Unisex model — the cut and design are suitable for boys and girls alike.

This type of trainer covers most of the day — the journey to school, physical education, and afternoon play outside. The combination of Velcro and elastic laces means that the shoe behaves like a lace-up but is put on like a slip-on, saving time with every change of footwear. The wide toe gives the toes space, so the foot does not feel cramped even after prolonged walking. The breathable textile is suitable for periods when it is hot in closed shoes, and the low cut leaves the ankle free. The unisex design also means that one pair can be passed down from one child to another in the family, regardless of whether it is a boy or a girl.
