During the first independent meals, food tends to end up split between the plate and clothing roughly fifty-fifty. Therefore, the bib not only covers the chest but, with the sleeves, extends over the shoulders and protects the upper arms, which the front part alone cannot reach. The light pink background features a print of houseplants, alternating between monstera leaves, cacti in pots, ferns, hanging boxes, and small purple and pink flowers. The sage green trim encircles the neck, the edges of the sleeves, the lower perimeter, and the entrance to the pocket, dividing the area into two clear sections. Size 30 x 25 cm covers the chest and belly while allowing freedom of movement for the hands above the plate. Thus, the protection of clothing combines with a design that keeps the child entertained during meals.
