The chenille car wash sponge is a practical helper for anyone who enjoys washing their vehicle by hand. The working side is covered with dense fibres made of microfibre chenille, which absorb a large amount of water with car shampoo and gradually release it onto the surface while washing. The sponge measures 22 x 11 x 6 cm, making it comfortable to hold in your hand while also covering a larger area of the body at once. The soft fibres encase dirt and dust, helping to lift them away from the paintwork. This makes washing quicker and more pleasant than using an old rag or a standard sponge.
Inside the sponge is a foam core, which gives it a flexible shape and, along with the fibres, retains water and foam. When washing, first soak the sponge in a bucket of water and car shampoo, put it on your hand, and wash the vehicle section by section from top to bottom. Rinse the sponge regularly in clean water to release trapped dirt from the fibres and prevent it from being transferred further across the paint. It is advisable to have a separate sponge for wheel rims and the lower parts of the vehicle to prevent coarser dirt from getting onto the bodywork. After washing, thoroughly rinse the sponge, wring it out, and leave it to dry freely. When dry, it can also be used for quick dusting of the dashboard or windows.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
