Before first use, remove the protective film from the mirrored surface, and only then will the glossy black surface be revealed. The holder should be wiped occasionally with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to keep the mirrored surface clean and free of fingerprints. How do I return goods?

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
