The attachment consists of a circular lock that wraps around the rod and snaps into place with a single press. To remove it, simply loosen the lock with your fingers and slide the hook off. At the other end, there is a curved hook ending with a flat round disc that prevents the bag handle or strap from slipping off. The hook can be rotated on the rod, so when you do not need it, you can turn it to the side of the seat. There it does not obstruct passengers in the back seats and there is no risk of someone accidentally bumping into it with their knee.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
