The book safe is a discreet compartment for money and small valuables that looks like a regular English dictionary from the outside, complete with a spine and white page edges. When you open the covers, an internal metal insert with a lid is revealed, secured by a three-digit combination lock. No key is needed to open it; just remember your code. You can place the safe on a bookshelf among other books, where it will not be noticeable. It is suitable for a flat, house, office, or children's room as a place for savings, keys, or smaller documents.

The outer cover is made of textured paper, which faithfully mimics a bound book, including the title on the front and the spine. Inside is a sturdy metal box that maintains its shape and protects the contents from everyday damage. The lock is operated by three rotating dials with numbers and a rotating knob. You can set the code to your preference: switch the lever on the back of the lock from position A to position B, set new numbers, and return the lever to position A.
