The baking paper roll measuring 30 cm x 50 m is the largest pack for those who bake frequently and do not want to keep buying paper. Before use, unwind the necessary length from the roll, cut it off and place it on the tray, in the form or in the air fryer basket. Ensure that the paper does not extend beyond the edges of the container and does not touch the heating element or open flame. In the fryer, always weigh down the paper with food so that the circulating hot air does not lift it. Store the roll in a dry place where it will not be affected by moisture. After baking, simply discard the used paper and rinse the tray briefly.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
