Before applying, thoroughly clean the heel of the sole and allow it to dry completely, ensuring that no dust or water remains on the surface. Then, remove the protective film, place the protector on the heel, and press it firmly with your fingers for about 60 seconds. For a stronger bond, you can apply a thin layer of adhesive along the edge of the protector after application. Leave the footwear undisturbed for 48 hours before wearing it.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).
