The professional AMTECH NC-559 flux weighing 100 g is designed for demanding soldering of electronic components. It is available in two colour variants – green and blue, with both having identical properties. The flux has high adhesion, low smoke, transparent residues and a no-clean formulation, so there is no need to clean the surface after soldering. Thanks to its fine consistency and particles sized 2–5 μm, it is suitable for manual application as well as automatic machines, during reflow soldering, BGA chip repairs, CPU sockets or PCB connections.
The flux is halogen-free (F/Cl/Br/I), meets the requirements for environmentally friendly soldering and does not damage components or substrate boards.
