58 mm Lens Caps 2 pcs with Loss Prevention Strings Snap-On with Centre Press Black Plastic For Canon Nikon Sony Fuji and Pentax
You already have the maximum available quantity in your cart.
A pair of snap-on lens caps with a diameter of 58 mm that protect the front lens when the camera is not in use. You can keep one cap on the lens and have the other in your bag as a spare, or divide them between two lenses of the same diameter. The caps are held in place by a centre press mechanism: press the two grips in the centre with your fingers, place the cap on, and upon releasing, it will click into place behind the lens edge. You can remove it with the same motion without touching the glass. Both caps are black and made of plastic.
Each cap comes with a loss prevention string, which you can attach to the lens or camera. When you remove the cap while shooting, it will hang on the string, so you won't have to search for it in your pockets, grass, or on the ground. The caps correspond to a diameter of 58 mm, which is the specification manufacturers indicate on the lens next to the symbol ø, usually on the front or inside the original cap. Please verify this measurement on your lens before ordering, as a cap of a different diameter will not fit your lens. The grips are located in the centre of the cap, making it easy to access them with your fingers, and you do not need to hold the cap by the thin edge when removing it.

Always attach the caps to a clean lens and check that there is no dirt or sand on its edge before attaching. The surface of the caps can be wiped with a dry or slightly damp cloth as needed, without aggressive cleaning agents. When storing the lens for an extended period, always attach the cap to prevent dust from settling on the lens and to avoid fingerprints. The second cap is useful as a replacement for the original cap that has been lost or damaged, and due to its low profile, it takes up almost no space in your bag or pocket.
This set includes 2 caps for lenses with a diameter of 58 mm, which will protect the front lens from dust, fingerprints, and scratches during transport. The centre press allows for quick attachment and removal with one hand. The loss prevention strings keep the caps attached to the camera even while shooting. They are compatible with lenses from brands such as Canon, Nikon, Sony, Fuji, Pentax and others, provided they have a diameter of 58 mm. They are ideal for photographers who want to have a spare cap always on hand, as well as for owners of two lenses of the same diameter.
