The hood with openings designed for lenses with a filter thread of 52 mm captures side light that would otherwise hit the front lens at a sharp angle. This reduces glare and veiling, resulting in higher contrast images taken on sunny days. The hood easily screws onto the thread on the front of the lens and requires no additional adapter. The hood is made of metal with a black finish and features longitudinal openings on the sides, giving it the appearance of classic ventilated hoods. The manufacturer states that the lens cap and filter can be used while the hood is attached, so you do not need to remove anything while shooting. Screw the hood onto the clean thread gently and never overtighten. A dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth is sufficient for the metal surface. When storing the camera in a bag or backpack, attach the cap to prevent dust and fingerprints from getting on the front lens.

- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
