The set of two telescopic trekking poles from Naturehike EXT1 is designed for hiking, mountain crossings, and brisk walking in nature. Each pole consists of three sections made from Carbon 3K, making it strong yet lightweight. The length of both poles can be independently adjusted within the range of 57–120 cm using external quick-release locks. When folded, each pole measures 57 cm, allowing you to easily attach the pair to your backpack or store them in your boot. The manufacturer recommends this length for a height of approximately 150–170 cm.

Walking with two poles distributes the load across both sides of the body, alleviating stress on the knees during descents and providing stability on rocky and slippery terrain. The EVA foam grips fit comfortably in the hand and wick away sweat, while the adjustable wrist straps transfer force from the wrists. One pole weighs approximately 159 g, so the entire pair is just over 300 g. The nylon locks are operated with a single lever, and their pressure can be fine-tuned with a screw. Thanks to the scale on the shaft, you can set both poles to the same length in no time without lengthy adjustments.
