The set of two telescopic trekking poles Naturehike EXT1 is designed for hiking, mountain treks, and longer trips in nature. Each pole has three sections made of carbon 3K, making it strong yet very lightweight. The length of both poles can be adjusted independently within the range of 51–100 cm using external quick-release locks. When collapsed, each pole measures only 51 cm, and the pair fits comfortably in a backpack or boot. This shortest version is suitable for shorter walkers, and the manufacturer recommends it for individuals around 150 cm tall.

Walking with two poles distributes the load evenly across both sides of the body, alleviating stress on the knees during descents and helping to maintain balance on uneven terrain. The EVA foam handles wick away sweat and provide a good grip even in damp conditions, while the adjustable straps transfer force from the wrist to the pole. One pole weighs approximately 149 g, making the total weight of the pair around 300 g. The nylon locks are operated with a single lever, and the pressure can be fine-tuned with a screw.
