Nozzles with a diameter of 1.0 mm provide the highest material flow and enable very fast printing of large-volume models. The tri-metal construction combining a copper body, titanium heat block, and hardened steel tip offers excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, and long lifespan. The expanded nozzle chamber supports uniform melting of filament even at extremely high printing speeds.

The integrated all-metal design allows for quick and easy replacement without the need for complex interventions. Smooth internal walls with a roughness of less than 0.4 ensure smooth feeding of filament and minimise the risk of clogging. Precisely sealed joints prevent the escape of molten material. The hardened steel tip with a hardness of 7.8 Mohs guarantees a long lifespan even when working with abrasive filaments. The package includes silicone caps that support temperature stability.
