Nozzles with a diameter of 0.8 mm are designed for very fast printing of large models and parts, where a strong material flow is a priority. The tri-metal construction combines copper with high thermal conductivity, a titanium heat block, and a hardened steel tip providing durability even under demanding use. The expanded nozzle chamber ensures stable heating of the filament and uniform flow at high printing speeds.

The integrated all-metal design allows for easy and quick nozzle replacement without complicated disassembly. The smooth internal walls with a roughness below 0.4 contribute to smooth filament feeding. A tight sealing construction prevents melted material from leaking. The hardened tip with a hardness of 7.8 Mohs increases the lifespan even when printing with abrasive materials. The set includes silicone caps that help maintain a stable temperature of the hotend.
