This set of two LED bulbs with base 9012 (HIR2) is intended for cars with HIR2 bulb headlights. The electrical voltage required for their operation is 12 V. The light of the bulbs has a white-yellow hue with a temperature of 4300 K. The chips are mounted on a flat carrier, which is flanked on both sides by two shiny silver rods. Beneath the black holder with a screw is a blue ring and a cooler with fins, the lower part of which is purple.
- Base HIR2 — HIR2 and 9012 are two names for the same base. To find out what function the bulb serves in your car, refer to the vehicle manual. The base type is often indicated directly on the old bulb.
- Colour 4300 K — the bulbs emit white-yellow light 4300 K. The hue is warmer than the cool white found in many LED bulbs, and simultaneously whiter than halogen.
- Vehicle Wiring — the set is intended for vehicles with a 12 V onboard voltage. Trucks and buses with higher voltages require different bulbs.
- Carrier Holder — the black square holder with a screw and longitudinal cutouts supports the carrier with chips. The head of the screw is star-shaped.
- Silver Rods — on both sides of the chips are two shiny rods of silver colour that extend above the holder. The rods reach up to the top end of the carrier with chips.
- Cooler and Purple Part — beneath the blue ring begins the cooler with black fins. The lower cylindrical part of the cooler is purple. The fins are arranged around the bulb's axis.
- Length of the Bulb — the cooler with the purple bottom part extends the bulb backwards. Therefore, there must be enough space behind the headlight for the entire bulb and cover.
- Pair for Both Sides — both bulbs have the same hue 4300 K, so after replacement, the lights on the left and right will shine equally. If only one bulb is replaced, the difference between the sides would be noticeable.
- Installation — when replacing, ensure the lights are off and remove the halogen bulb when it is cool. Hold the LED bulb by the black cooler and do not touch the chips or silver rods.
- Post-Installation Check — turn on the lights and walk around the car. Both bulbs should shine equally, and the light should fall on the road as before.
- Operation and Regulations — before installation, check whether regulations permit the use of LED bulbs in your halogen headlights.

Faulty or damaged goods
