The electric nail grinder is a gentle alternative to traditional clippers. Instead of cutting the nail, it gradually grinds it down, preventing splintering or accidentally cutting into the quick. The protective cover with holes of various sizes catches nail dust and helps properly direct the nail to the head. The grinder charges via USB cable from a charger, computer, or power bank.

Using it is simple. Safely hold the paw, gently press on the pad to extend the nail, and insert it into the appropriate hole in the cover. Turn on the grinder at the lower speed and grind the nail with short touches for two to three seconds to prevent overheating. Proceed carefully and do not grind down to the quick, which can be identified by the pink colour in light-coloured nails. For thick nails, switch to the higher speed. After use, remove the cover, empty the dust, and wipe the grinder with a dry cloth.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
