The independent diesel heater in a suitcase design combines a burner, fan, tank, and control panel into one portable unit with a flip lid and handle. Declared power of 8 kW is intended for heating motorhomes, van conversions, cabins, and workshops without the need to keep the engine running. Power supply of 12 V, 24 V, and 230 V means you can connect the heater to a car battery, the onboard network of a truck, or to a socket via the included mains adapter. The white body with a black lid keeps the internal components enclosed, preventing dust and splashing water during transport. The temperature is maintained at the set value without manual adjustment.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?

- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
