The Christmas tree lighting in the style of a waterfall is a set of LED chains that extend from the top of the tree downwards. The chains are 1.8 m long and contain a total of 256 RGB LEDs that can shine in many colours and effects. All the chains emanate from the top ring, which is placed on the top of the tree and onto which the included star is positioned. The lighting is powered via USB and is controlled using an app via Bluetooth or a remote control. This allows you to change colours, brightness, speed, and light effects directly from your phone or using the remote.
- Waterfall Lighting — the lighting consists of several LED chains connected at the top ring, which, when placed on the tree, spread evenly around. Thus, you do not need to wrap the tree complicatedly, and the lights are distributed regularly from the top to the lower branches.
- 256 RGB LEDs — each diode can shine in a different colour, allowing the lighting to create colour transitions, moving patterns, and dynamic effects. You can set the colours to your preference or choose from several preset modes, such as colour loop, moving image, or solid colours.
- App Control — after turning on Bluetooth and connecting in the app, you can select colours, scenes, rhythm according to music, scheduling, and other features. The app can also control multiple light chains simultaneously.
- Remote Control — the remote offers on and off, brightness and speed settings, colour and moving effects, pattern movement up, down, and sideways, music rhythm mode, and a timer for 1 or 3 hours.
- Star for the Top — the set includes a star that is placed on the top ring and covers the spot from which the chains emanate. Thus, the tree looks complete even without an additional ornament on top.
- USB Powered and Durability — the lighting connects to a USB port, such as a USB adapter or power bank. The light chains have IP65 rating and are said by the manufacturer to resist UV radiation and temperatures from -20 °C to 40 °C. The power part must not be submerged in water.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
