The women's knitted balaclava is a practical winter accessory that covers the head, ears, and neck in one piece. It is designed for cold winter weather, when you will appreciate protection for your entire head. It is lined with soft fur on the inside, making the balaclava pleasantly warm. The outer side is knitted in a distinctive braided pattern. The balaclava is easy to put on, and you can adjust it around your face using the drawstring.
- Fur lining inside — the inner side of the balaclava is lined with soft fur that feels pleasant to the touch. The fur is also visible at the edge of the face opening and on the lower hem of the balaclava. The fur trim around the face softens contact with the skin.
- Head and neck protection — the balaclava covers the entire head, including the ears, and smoothly extends down over the neck. You can pull the neck section up over your mouth and nose, so it also protects the lower part of the face. Conversely, when you pull it down, your face remains free.
- Adjustable drawstring — the balaclava features a drawstring with ends in the neck area. By tightening it, you can adjust how snugly the balaclava fits around your face. When you want to take it off, simply loosen the drawstring.
- Knitted pattern — the outer side is knitted in a textured braided pattern that gives the balaclava a classic winter look. The knit is made from cotton. The balaclava pairs well with winter jackets and coats.
- One size — the balaclava is made in one universal size. You can adjust the fit around the face and neck with the drawstring.

How do I return goods?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the items you are returning.
- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address.
- Send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number – this lets us refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

How does it work?
- Email us at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and a description of the problem, and attach photographs or a video.
- We will assess it and suggest a solution. Photographs are usually enough – please do not send the goods back until you have received instructions from us.
- We will settle your claim within 30 days at the latest – with a new item, a price reduction or a refund.
If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
