This women's winter coat in an oversized cut has an extended length, which reaches approximately to the knees in the photographs. The entire surface is quilted in a diamond pattern, giving the coat a distinctive texture. The coat includes a hood and a press stud fastening running the full length of the front. How do I return goods?

- Pack the goods and send them by post to the returns address in Spain.

If the goods need to be sent back, we will refund the postage for a valid claim (just provide the receipt).

Write to us within 30 days of receipt at info@lunzo.ie with your order number and the variant you are interested in. We usually reply within 24 hours.
If the variant is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange. You pay the cost of sending the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge.
