The women's fluffy oversized coat is a warm piece that combines comfort with a striking look. It is made from faux fur with a dense and soft pile, which feels soft and cosy. The loose oversized cut allows ample room for movement, and you can easily wear a thicker jumper or hoodie underneath. - Material — the coat is made from faux fur with a dense pile that feels soft and warm. The fluffy surface covers the entire coat, including the hood and sleeves.
- Hood with drawstrings — the voluminous hood is made from the same faux fur as the rest of the coat and protects your head from the wind and cold. Two drawstrings hang from the neckline.
- Full-length zip — the zip runs the entire length of the coat from the bottom hem to the neck. You can wear the coat zipped up when it's cold outside or loosely unzipped.
- Knitted cuffs — the sleeves are finished with elastic knitted cuffs that keep the sleeves in place at the wrists. This prevents the sleeves from slipping down your arms and reduces wind exposure.
- Side pockets — there are two side pockets with knitted edges. You can store small items in them and keep your hands warm in cold weather.
- Oversized cut — the coat has a loose fit with dropped shoulders and wide sleeves. You can fit a thicker jumper or hoodie underneath, making it suitable for wear from autumn through to winter.

The fluffy oversized coat is a warm outer layer for autumn and winter, in which you will feel comfortable. It pairs well with jeans, leggings, joggers, or a skirt with tights. With the hood and zip, you can quickly adapt it to the current weather. The oversized cut gives you plenty of room for layering clothing underneath the coat.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
