The over-ear headphones combine several listening options in one device. You can play music from your phone via Bluetooth 5.0, from a Micro SD memory card, or listen to the radio. For devices without Bluetooth, you can connect them using the included 3.5 mm jack cable. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can also make calls without having to hold your phone in your hand. You can control the volume and playback with buttons directly on the ear cup.
- Bluetooth and Cable — you can pair the headphones with your phone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth 5.0. For devices without Bluetooth, the included 3.5 mm jack cable is available. This way, you can use the headphones with most common devices. When listening wirelessly, you can move freely around the room while your phone remains on the table.
- Radio and Card — the headphones have a built-in radio and a Micro SD memory card slot. You can listen to music even without your phone; just insert a card with your recorded tracks. The radio is handy when you don’t want to have your phone with you all the time. The memory card is not included.
- Microphone — the built-in microphone is useful for phone calls and video calls. You can take calls without holding the phone to your ear, leaving your hands free. The microphone is also suitable for online meetings or calls with family.
- Controls — the buttons for controlling the volume and music playback are located around the ear cup. You don’t need to reach for your phone for every change, which can remain in your pocket or bag. You can manage the controls without removing the headphones from your head.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 80 Hz to 20 kHz. The headphones are suitable for listening to music, podcasts, radio, and audio from videos. When listening from a card or radio, you don’t need any additional devices.
- Battery — the built-in battery has a capacity of 400 mAh and lasts for 6 hours, which is sufficient for longer journeys or afternoon listening. The included USB cable is used for charging. The charging adapter is not included.
- Construction — the padded ear cups fit over the ears, and the inner side of the headband is also padded. The headphones measure 18 x 16.4 x 8 cm, making them easy to store in a bag or backpack.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
