Wireless over-ear headphones offer comfortable music listening and, thanks to the microphone, also handle phone calls. The 400 mAh battery lasts for 10 to 12 hours and can be recharged using the included USB cable. You can also play music from a memory card thanks to the Micro SD card slot. - Wireless Connection — the headphones pair with your phone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth 5.0. Simply turn them on and select them from the device list in the Bluetooth menu. The connection works up to a distance of 10 metres from the sound source, so you don't need to keep your phone on you at all times.
- Microphone and Controls — thanks to the microphone, you can also use the headphones for phone calls or video calls. The buttons on the ear cup are used for controlling volume and playing music. Your phone can remain in your pocket or bag.
- Micro SD Card — the headphones have a slot for a Micro SD memory card. Tracks that you upload to the card can be played directly through the headphones without a connected phone. Your phone can stay at home or in your bag while you always have music with you.
- Battery and Charging — the 400 mAh battery lasts for 10 to 12 hours. Actual operating time may vary depending on the volume level and usage. The USB charging cable included in the package is used for recharging.
- Sound — the frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz corresponds to the spectrum that the human ear can typically hear, covering deep tones, mids, and highs. An impedance of 30 Ω is a standard value for headphones connected to phones and portable devices. You can adjust the volume directly using the buttons on the ear cup.
- Comfortable Wear — the cushioned ear cups envelop the entire ear instead of pressing directly on the ear lobe. The arch has padding on the inside that softens contact with the head. Both features are especially appreciated during longer listening sessions.
- Appearance — the ear cups are adorned with a thin gold trim, and the connecting parts between the arch and ear cups are also gold in colour. The buttons on the ear cup are matched to the same shade as the other gold details. The smooth shapes without prominent decorations create an elegant impression.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
