Wireless over-ear headphones are a practical companion for listening to music, podcasts, and receiving calls. - Wireless Connection — The headphones pair with a phone, tablet, or computer that supports Bluetooth. Simply turn them on and select them from the device list in the Bluetooth menu. The connection works up to 10 metres from the sound source, so you don't need to keep your phone on you at all times. During listening, you are not restricted by any cables.
- Control on the Earcup — The buttons on the earcup allow you to accept or decline calls without reaching for your phone. You can also easily adjust the volume and control music playback. Your phone can remain in your pocket, bag, or on the table.
- Sound — The frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears, covering deep tones, mids, and highs. An impedance of 32 Ω is a common value for headphones connected to phones and portable devices. A sensitivity of 120 dB indicates how loudly the headphones play at a given input power.
- Comfortable Wearing — The padded ear cushions encompass the entire ear rather than pressing directly on the ear. The headband features ribbed padding on the underside. The ear cushions are labelled with the letters L and R on the inside, so you can easily identify the correct side.
- Battery and Charging — The battery life varies between 4 and 6 hours depending on usage. A charging cable, included in the package, is used for recharging.
- Dimensions and Appearance — The headphones measure 18.5 x 17.5 x 8 cm and are considered full-sized headphones with large earcups. The outer side of the earcups has a subtle circular pattern complemented by a glossy trim. The earcups are connected to the headband with glossy parts that match the trim.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
