Wireless over-ear headphones connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to a distance of 10 m. The outer side of the ear cups features a glowing ring, giving the headphones a distinctive look. The adjustable headband allows you to customise the headphones to fit your head size, and the ear cups are padded. In addition to wireless listening, the headphones also offer a microSD card slot and a port for a 3.5 mm jack connector. You can control the volume and play music directly on the headphones.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones use Bluetooth 5.0 and communicate with devices up to 10 m away. While listening, you can move freely around the room while your phone or computer remains on the table. No cables restrict your movement around the house or office.
- Design — the headphones have a classic design with an arched headband and round ear cups. Thanks to the adjustable headband, you can tailor them to your head size. The ear cups are padded, and their outer covers feature a subtle circular pattern.
- Backlighting — the ring on the outer side of the ear cups lights up, making the headphones unmissable. A light strip encircles the entire edge of the round cover. The backlighting gives them a striking and modern appearance.
- Frequency Range — the headphones transmit sound in the range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, covering the entire spectrum that the human ear can hear. This range includes deep bass, mid-tones with human voice, and high notes. The headphones are suitable for listening to music as well as watching films and videos.
- Impedance and Sensitivity — the impedance of the headphones is 32 Ω and the sensitivity reaches 108 dB. Sensitivity indicates how loud the sound will be at a given input signal. An impedance of 32 Ω is a common value for headphones designed for mobile devices.
- Controls — you can adjust the volume and control music playback directly on the headphones. Therefore, you do not need to pick up your phone every time you change a track or adjust the volume. You can pause or mute the music even when your phone is lying nearby. You will appreciate this, for example, when the volume levels of individual tracks or videos vary.
- Slot and Port — the headphones have a slot for a microSD memory card. They also feature a port for a 3.5 mm jack connector, which is used for wired connections. A wired connection is useful for devices that do not have Bluetooth. The 3.5 mm jack port and the card slot expand the ways you can use the headphones.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
