These wireless headphones are worn around the neck and both earbuds are connected by a band, so when you take them out of your ears, you don't have to put them anywhere. They connect to your phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can use them not only for listening to music but also for making phone calls. On the band, you will find buttons for controlling calls, volume, and music playback. The headphones also have a slot for a microSD card and support a voice assistant.
- Neckband Design — the headphones are connected by a band that you wear around your neck. When you remove the earbuds from your ears, they hang on the band, so you don't have to put them anywhere and have them readily available.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones pair with your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices, transmitting sound wirelessly. They use Bluetooth version 5.0, so there are no cables running between the headphones and the device.
- Calls and Assistant — the built-in microphone allows you to make calls directly through the headphones. You can answer or end a call using the headphones, so you don't need to pick up your phone. The headphones also support a voice assistant.
- Controls — the buttons on the band are used to control the volume and playback of music. You can pause a track or increase the volume without having to take your phone out of your pocket.
- Card Slot — the headphones have a microSD memory card slot. This allows you to play music stored on the card without needing to connect a phone.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, impedance is 32 Ω, and sensitivity is 108 dB. The earbuds have tips that fit directly into the ear.
- Battery — the battery capacity is 1000 mAh. The included charging cable is used for charging.

The headphones are suitable for everyday music listening and handling calls, for example, while travelling. With the neckband, you always have them with you and don't need to store them anywhere after taking them out of your ears. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
