The wireless neckband headphones have a band that you wear around your neck, with two in-ear earbuds connected by thin cables. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 with a signal range of 10 metres. One of the end pieces features a small display with red digits. The battery has a capacity of 500 mAh. The headphones are made from silicone and TPE material.
- Neckband Design — the band rests around your neck and has elongated pieces with a glossy surface at both ends. Thin cables lead from these to the in-ear earbuds. When you are not listening, you can let the earbuds hang freely, keeping them easily accessible.
- In-Ear Earbuds — the earbuds have a short stem and tips that fit into the ear. They are connected to the band by thin cables.

- Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0. The signal range is 10 metres, allowing your phone to remain at a distance.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags

Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
