Wireless earbuds are designed for listening to music and making calls without cables. They connect to the audio source via Bluetooth 5.0 and last for 4 to 4.5 hours on a single charge. Each earbud has a small wing and an attachment that fits into the ear. After use, you can store the earbuds in the charging case with a transparent lid, where they will recharge.
- Connection — the earbuds can be paired with a phone or other device that supports Bluetooth. The connection is ensured by Bluetooth version 5.0. You won't be restricted by any cables while listening or talking on the phone.
- Functionality — the earbuds allow you to turn them on and off, answer and end calls, and control music. You can handle calls without reaching for your phone.
- Earbud Shape — the earbuds are shaped like plugs with an attachment that fits into the ear. Each has a small wing. The dimensions of one earbud are 2.6 x 2.3 x 1.2 cm.
- Battery — each earbud has a battery capacity of 50 mAh, and the charging case has a battery capacity of 300 mAh. On a single charge, the earbuds can play for 4 to 4.5 hours. When placed in the case, they will recharge from its battery.
- Sound Parameters — the frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears. The impedance is up to 32 Ω, and the sensitivity reaches 128 dB.
- Charging Case — the case has an elongated rounded shape, a transparent lid, and dimensions of 9.2 x 3.8 cm. Each earbud has its own place in the case. You can charge the case using the included charging cable.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
