Black wireless in-ear headphones with a stem are designed for listening to music and other audio without cables. They connect to the audio source via Bluetooth 5.0. Both earbuds can be used independently, so you can manage with just one if needed. After listening, you store them in the charging case, which also charges them.
- Connection — pair the headphones with your phone or another device that supports Bluetooth. The connection is ensured by Bluetooth version 5.0. Therefore, you are not limited by any cables while listening.
- Independent Earbuds — each earbud functions independently, allowing you to wear just one in your ear. This is useful when you want to be aware of your surroundings. The other earbud can remain in the case.
- Shape of the Earbuds — the earbuds have a stemmed earplug shape. The plug fits into the ear, and the stem protrudes downwards after being worn. Both the earbuds and the charging case are black.
- Sound — the frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears. The sensitivity of the earbuds is 92 dB.
- Charging Case — the case has a rounded shape with a lid and dimensions of 8 x 5.2 x 3 cm. After listening, you place the earbuds inside, and the case charges them. You charge the case itself using the included USB-C cable.
- Package Contents — 2x earbuds, 1x charging case, 1x USB-C cable. Clothing and glasses shown in the photograph are not included.
The earbuds are suitable for anyone who wants to listen to music without tangled cables. The case, with dimensions of 8 x 5.2 x 3 cm, fits in your pocket or bag, so you can always have the earbuds with you. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
