Wireless in-ear headphones allow you to listen to music and make phone calls without tangled cables. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to 10 metres away. With the built-in microphone, you can answer and manage calls directly through the headphones. On a single charge, the headphones last for 3 to 4 hours and recharge in the case with LED display. - Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices via Bluetooth 5.0. You can easily establish the connection through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The signal range is up to 10 metres, allowing your phone to remain on the table or in your bag.
- Calls — thanks to the built-in microphone, you can make phone calls without holding the phone to your ear. You can answer incoming calls directly on the headphones. This leaves your hands free for other tasks while on a call. This is particularly useful when working, cooking, or travelling.
- Battery and Duration — each headphone has a battery capacity of 35 mAh, lasting 3 to 4 hours of use. The charging case contains a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh, which recharges the stored headphones. This allows you to recharge the headphones throughout the day, even when away from a power socket.
- Case with Display — the case has a flip-top lid and a compartment for both headphones inside. On the inside of the case, there is a numeric LED display. The stored headphones are protected in the case while also being charged.
- Dimensions and Shape — the charging case measures 6.4 x 5.3 x 2.2 cm, making it easy to fit in your trouser or jacket pocket. Each headphone measures 3.8 x 2.7 cm. The headphones have a stem shape and are of the earbud type.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
