Wireless in-ear headphones allow you to listen to music and make calls without wires that can get tangled in your pocket or bag. They connect to your phone, tablet, or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0. You can control music playback and volume directly from the earphones, activate the voice assistant, and use the built-in microphone for calls. When you are not using the earphones, you can store them in the charging box, which protects them and charges them at the same time. The box has a display showing the battery status in percentage, so you know when it needs charging.
- In-Ear Design — the earphones are of the in-ear type with a short stem, which are inserted into the ear using a tip. The stems have a shiny silver finish. There is no cable or headband connecting the earphones. The sensitivity of the earphones is 90 dB.
- Connection and Control — the connection to the device is ensured by Bluetooth 5.0, which is supported by most current phones, tablets, and laptops. You can control music playback and adjust the volume directly from the earphones, so you can pause a track or increase the volume without reaching for your phone. Thus, your phone can remain in your pocket, bag, or on the table.
- Voice Assistant — you can activate your phone's voice assistant from the earphones. You can give commands by voice without having to take the phone in your hand. This function is useful, for example, while walking or cooking when your hands are not free.
- Microphone — the built-in microphone allows you to make calls without holding the phone to your ear. This way, your hands remain free during the call, for instance, when carrying shopping or working at a computer.
- Battery Life — on a single charge, the earphones play for 3 hours. Each earphone has a battery capacity of 40 mAh, and the box has a battery capacity of 300 mAh. When placed in the box, the earphones recharge.
- Charging Box — the glossy black box with a lid has a separate slot for each earphone. Below the earphones is a display that shows the battery status in percentage and battery symbols marked L and R for the left and right earphones. The box charges with the included USB-C cable.
- Usage — you can use the earphones for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks from your phone, tablet, or computer with Bluetooth. Thanks to the microphone, they also serve for phone calls. The box is easy to take with you on trips, to school, or to work.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
