Wireless in-ear headphones allow you to listen to music and make calls without tangled wires, whether you are at home, at work, or on the go. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain a signal up to 10 metres away. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can take calls directly from the headphones and control both the volume and music playback. The headphones are stored and charged in a cylindrical charging case that features a numeric display on the front. The package includes six silicone ear tips and a charging cable.
- Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device via Bluetooth 5.0. You can easily establish the connection through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The signal range is up to 10 metres, allowing your phone to stay on the table or in your bag while you move freely around the room.
- Calls and Control — with the built-in microphone, you can make calls without holding the phone to your ear. You can answer or end a call directly on the headphone. You can also adjust the volume and control music playback. This way, you have both hands free while on a call.
- Voice Assistant — the headphones support the Siri voice assistant. You can use the assistant without having to pick up your phone. Simply give your request by voice.
- Battery — each headphone has a battery capacity of 60 mAh. The charging case houses a battery with a capacity of 300 mAh, from which the headphones recharge when stored. This means you can recharge the headphones during the day even where there is no power socket available. The case can be charged using the included charging cable.
- Cylindrical Case — the case is cylindrical in shape, and the headphones are stored in it one after the other. The front of the case features a numeric display that shows the charge status. The headphones remain stored in one place in the case, so there is no risk of losing them in your bag. Both the case and the headphones have a dark finish.
- Sound and Tips — the headphones are of the in-ear type and fit directly into the ear canal. Their sensitivity is 120 dB and impedance is 32 Ω. The package includes six silicone ear tips, which serve as replacements when the originals wear out or get lost.

The headphones are suitable for everyday music listening as well as for making calls when you need to keep your hands free. The cylindrical charging case protects the headphones during transport while also charging them. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
