Wireless in-ear headphones allow you to listen to music and take calls without cables that can get tangled in your pocket or bag. - In-Ear Design — the headphones are earbuds that fit directly into the ear using tips. They do not have hooks over the ear or a headband, making them compact and discreet. On the outer side of each headphone is a round area with a blue light.

This means your phone can remain on the table or in your bag while you move freely around the room. Most modern phones, tablets, and laptops support Bluetooth. You also don’t have to worry about tangled or broken cables.
- Calls and Music — you can answer incoming calls directly from the headphones and, thanks to the microphone, you can speak immediately without pulling out your phone. You also control music playback from the headphones, allowing you to pause or resume tracks easily and quickly. The impedance of the headphones is 32 Ω.
- Battery Life — on a single charge, the headphones play for 4 to 5 hours, which is enough for a commute to work and back or a longer walk. Once drained, simply place them in the case where they will recharge. The case charges with the included Micro USB cable.
- Charging Case — the oval glossy case with a lid has a separate compartment for each headphone. The headphones charge via contacts located on their inner side. This keeps them securely stored when carried in your pocket or bag. The strap on the side of the case makes it easy to grip.
- Usage — the headphones are perfect for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks from your phone, tablet, or computer with Bluetooth. Thanks to the microphone, they are also useful for phone calls, especially when your hands are full. They are suitable for home, office, and travel.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
