- Bluetooth 4.2 — the headphones pair with your phone, tablet, or other device via Bluetooth version 4.2. The signal range is up to 10 m, so you can leave your phone on a table and move freely around the room. There are no cables between the headphones and the device.
- Cable Control — the cable features a control panel with three buttons; the middle one has a power symbol, and the outer ones have plus and minus symbols. These are used to turn the headphones on and off, play and pause music, and control the volume. A double click plays the next track.
- Calling — the built-in microphone allows you to take calls directly through the headphones. You can accept or reject incoming calls using the button on the cable, so your phone can remain stored away.
- Battery — the headphones are powered by a built-in lithium-polymer battery with a capacity of 55 mAh. The battery life is 2.5 hours, so for longer listening, you should consider regular recharging. The battery is a fixed part of the headphones, so no replacement cells are needed.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz with an impedance of 32 Ω. This range corresponds to the spectrum that the human ear typically hears.
- Shape and Length — the headphones are shaped like earplugs with soft tips that fit directly into the ears. Both headphones are connected by a cable, and their length is approximately 60 cm.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
