Wireless in-ear headphones connect directly to your ears and pair with devices via Bluetooth 5.1. They have a short stem design and are stored in a square charging case with turquoise accents. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can make phone calls and use the voice assistant. You can control the volume and playback directly on the headphones. They last for 4 to 5 hours on a single charge, after which you simply return them to the case.
- Connection — The headphones communicate with devices via Bluetooth version 5.1. Signal range of 10 metres allows you to leave your phone on the table and move freely around the room. No cables are needed while listening.
- Microphone and Calls — The built-in microphone allows you to make calls without holding the phone to your ear. You can reject an incoming call that is not convenient for you directly on the headphones. You can also use the microphone for giving commands to the voice assistant.
- Controls — You can adjust the volume and control music playback directly on the headphones. You can activate the voice assistant without having to pick up your phone. This is especially useful when your phone is in your pocket or bag.
- Battery and Duration — The headphones have a battery capacity of 35 mAh and last for 4 to 5 hours on a single charge. This is sufficient for a commute to work and back or for a longer walk with music. The charging case has its own battery with a capacity of 400 mAh. You simply place the headphones in it to recharge, even where there is no power outlet available.
- Design — The headphones have a short stem shape and a tip that fits into the ear canal. The case has a distinctive square shape with a flip-top lid, and its bottom features turquoise accents. A turquoise line also decorates the stems of the headphones.

The headphones are suitable for listening to music as well as for calls when you want to keep your hands free. The voice assistant and controls directly on the headphones save you from reaching for your phone. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
