The wireless in-ear headphones are designed for listening to music and other audio from a phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device. Each earphone has a hook behind the ear that goes behind the ear cartilage and helps keep the earphone in place. The headphones connect to the device via Bluetooth 5.0 and are not connected by any cable. The 50 mAh battery lasts for 4 to 6 hours of operation. For carrying, you will receive a zip case with the headphones.
- Hook behind the ear — the arc of each earphone hangs behind the ear cartilage and the earbud is inserted into the ear canal. The hook helps keep the earphone in the ear.
- Usage — the headphones can be used for listening to music, podcasts, or audiobooks from a phone, tablet, or computer with Bluetooth. Thanks to the case, you can easily take them with you on the go.
- Wireless connection — the headphones connect to the phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0. Both earphones are independent and there is no cable connecting them.
- Audio parameters — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz. The sensitivity is 98 dB and the impedance is 32 Ω.
- Battery — the battery has a capacity of 50 mAh. On a single charge, the headphones last for 4 to 6 hours of operation.
- Material and appearance — the headphones are made of ABS plastic. The hooks are black and the body of the headphones is grey.
- Zip case — included in the package is a zip case in which you can store the headphones when not in use. The case is black with a red trim around the zip. The dimensions of the case are 7.5 x 7.5 x 3.1 cm.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
