These wireless in-ear headphones are designed for listening to music and, thanks to the built-in microphone, also for phone calls. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.2. The headphones have a stem and are inserted into the ear without silicone tips. After use, you can store them in a charging case with a rounded square shape and a flip lid. The headphones also allow you to control music playback.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones consist of two separate pieces without a connecting cable and communicate with the device via Bluetooth version 5.2. You can pair them with a phone, tablet, or computer that supports Bluetooth. Simply search for them in your device's Bluetooth settings and confirm the pairing.
- Headphone Shape — the headphones are in-ear buds with a stem and are inserted into the ear without silicone tips. The dimensions of one headphone are 3.8 x 1.8 x 1.7 cm.
- Microphone and Control — the headphones have a built-in microphone, making them useful for phone calls. They also allow you to control music playback without the need to take your phone in hand.
- Charging Case — the case is used to store the headphones and also to charge them. It has a rounded square shape and a flip lid, under which there are separate slots prepared for both headphones. When you don’t need the headphones, you can simply place them in the case.
- Technical Specifications — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, which corresponds to the typical range of human hearing. The impedance is 16 Ω and the sensitivity reaches 106 dB.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
