These wireless in-ear headphones connect to your phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0, so you don’t need any cables while listening. They have the shape of earbuds with a short stem and fit directly into the ear. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can use them not only for listening to music but also for making phone calls. You control playback, volume, and calls directly on the headphones, so your phone can stay in your pocket. When you’re not using the headphones, you can store them in the included charging case.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones pair with your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, allowing sound to be transmitted wirelessly. They use Bluetooth version 5.0. Both headphones are independent and are not connected by any cable, so nothing gets tangled while you wear them.
- Sound — the frequency range of the headphones is 20 Hz to 20 kHz. They cover the range that the human ear typically hears.
- Phone Calls — the built-in microphone allows you to handle calls directly through the headphones. You can answer, end, or reject a call on the earbud, so you don’t need to pick up your phone. This is especially useful when your hands are full.
- Music Control — you control music playback and volume on the headphones. You can pause a track or increase the volume without having to take your phone out of your pocket or bag.
- Battery — the stated battery capacity is 600 mAh. The battery life is approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. The included USB-C cable is used for charging.
- Charging Case — after use, the headphones are placed in the case with a flip lid, where each has its own spot. The case also protects them while being carried in your pocket or bag, so you don’t have to carry them loose.
- Silicone Tips — the headphones have silicone tips at the ends that fit into the ear. The package includes a total of six silicone tips, so you have spare pieces available.

The headphones are suitable for everyday music listening and handling calls, for example, while travelling. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
