These wireless in-ear headphones connect to your phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0, so you don't need any cables while listening. They have a stemmed earbud shape, a black finish with gold details, and are marked L and R for left and right earbuds. Thanks to the built-in microphone, you can use them for listening to music as well as for making calls. You control calls, music playback, and volume directly on the earbuds. After use, you store them in the included charging case, which fits in your pocket.
- Wireless Connection — the earbuds pair with your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled device, and sound is transmitted wirelessly. They use Bluetooth version 5.0. Both earbuds are independent and not connected by any cable, so nothing gets tangled while wearing them.
- Calling — the built-in microphone allows you to take calls directly through the earbuds. You can answer or end a call on the earbud, so you don't need to take your phone in hand.
- Music Control — you control music playback and volume on the earbuds. You can pause a track or increase the volume without having to pull your phone out of your pocket or bag.
- Sound — the frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz, impedance 32 Ω, and sensitivity 96 dB. They cover the range that the human ear typically hears.
- Battery — the battery capacity is 650 mAh and the battery life is 6 hours. The included charging cable is used for charging.
- Charging Case — after use, the earbuds are placed in the case with a flip-top lid, where each has its own designated spot. The dimensions of the case are 6.6 x 3.6 cm, making it easy to carry in your pocket or bag.
- Silicone Ear Tips — the earbuds have silicone tips at the ends that fit into the ear. The package includes six silicone tips in various sizes, so you can choose the ones that fit you best.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
