The wireless in-ear headphones are connected by a cable featuring a controller with three buttons. They connect to a phone or other device via Bluetooth 5.0 and maintain the connection up to a distance of 15 metres. With the buttons, you can accept or reject calls, adjust the volume, and control music playback. The headphones also have a Micro SD card slot, allowing you to play music even without a connected phone. The battery with a capacity of 55 mAh lasts for 3 hours.
- Wireless Connection — the headphones pair with a phone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth 5.0. Just turn them on and select them from the device list in the Bluetooth menu. The connection works up to a distance of 15 metres from the sound source, so you do not need to keep your phone on you at all times. You are not restricted by a cable leading to the phone while listening.
- Cable Controller — on the cable between the headphones is an elongated controller with three buttons arranged vertically. It is used for accepting or rejecting calls, adjusting the volume, and controlling music playback. You can keep your phone in your pocket or bag.
- Micro SD Card — the headphones have a slot for a Micro SD memory card. You can play music stored on the card directly through the headphones. Therefore, you do not always need to have your phone with you.
- Sound — the frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz corresponds to the range that the human ear typically hears, covering deep tones, mids, and highs. A sensitivity of 120 dB indicates how loudly the headphones play at a given input power. You can adjust the volume directly with the buttons on the controller.
- Battery — the built-in battery has a capacity of 55 mAh and lasts for 3 hours. Actual operating time may vary depending on the set volume and usage. After the battery is depleted, simply recharge the headphones and you can continue listening.
- Headphone Shape — the headphones are inserted directly into the ears, and each has a shaped wing. This rests against the ear and helps keep the headphones in place. The back of the headphones features a glossy circular pattern. Thanks to the connecting cable, you will not easily lose one of the headphones.
- Usage — the headphones are suitable for listening to music, podcasts, and audiobooks, as well as for receiving calls. Due to their small size, you can easily store them in your pocket or bag. The cable controller is always at hand whenever you need to control the music or accept a call.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
