These wireless in-ear headphones are designed for listening to music and taking calls without restrictive cables. They connect to devices via Bluetooth 5.0 with a signal range of 10 metres. You control music playback and calls directly on the headphones, so you don't have to take your phone out every time. The battery life is stated as approximately 10 hours. The headphones are stored in a charging case with a 500 mAh battery.
- Connection — the headphones communicate with the device wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0. The signal range is 10 m, so your phone can stay on the table or in your bag while you move around the room. You can pair them with a phone, tablet, or any other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Control — you can control music playback on the headphones and also accept or end calls. You don't have to pick up your phone every time you want to change playback or when someone calls you.
- Battery — the battery life is approximately 10 hours. The charging case has a battery capacity of 500 mAh and each earbud has 50 mAh. The headphones charge in the case, and you can recharge the case with the included cable.
- Sound and Fit — the impedance of the headphones is 32 Ω and the sensitivity is 110 dB. These are in-ear headphones that fit into the ear canal. The package includes 4 silicone ear tips.
- Case — the case has a flip-top lid and two recesses where the headphones are placed. There are four blue indicator lights on the front. The case is black and the headphones combine black and silver colours.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
