The wireless in-ear headphones connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.1. Both earbuds are stored in the charging case, which has its own battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh. This allows you to charge the earbuds even where there is no socket available. The case features a display that shows the battery status. The frequency range of the earbuds is 20 Hz to 20 kHz with a sensitivity of 105 dB.
- In-Ear Headphones — the headphones are shaped like plugs that fit directly into the ear. The left and right earbuds are separate and can be worn without a connecting cable, so nothing gets tangled. The battery capacity of the earbuds is 60 mAh.
- Charging Case — the case has a battery with a capacity of 2000 mAh and the earbuds are stored in moulded slots. When placed in the case, the earbuds charge, so they are ready for your next listening session. The case closes with a flip-top lid that protects the earbuds during transport.
- Display on the Case — the case features a display with a battery indicator, which shows the letters L and R for the left and right earbuds. At a glance, you can see how much energy remains.
- Bluetooth 5.1 — the earbuds connect to the phone via Bluetooth version 5.1. You can play music from your phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices.
- Black Finish — both the earbuds and the case are black. The case has green backlighting around the edges and the earbuds feature blue light elements.

Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges

Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
