The wireless in-ear headphones allow you to listen to music without tangled cables. They connect to your phone or other devices via Bluetooth 5.2 and maintain a signal up to 10 metres away. The headphones are stored in a cylindrical charging case that protects and charges them at the same time. The front of the case features a numerical display that shows the battery status. You can charge the case using the included charging cable.
- Connection — the headphones connect wirelessly to your phone or other Bluetooth-enabled devices via Bluetooth 5.2. You can easily establish a connection through the Bluetooth menu on your phone. The signal range is up to 10 metres, allowing your phone to remain on the table or in your bag while you move freely around the room.
- Cylindrical Case — the case is cylindrical in shape and the headphones are stored one behind the other under the cover. Each headphone has its own compartment with charging contacts in the case. This way, you always have them in one place, and there is no risk of losing them in your bag.
- Display — on the front of the case is a numerical display that shows the battery status. Below the display is a connector for charging the case with the included cable. At a glance, you can see when it's time to connect the case for charging.
- Battery — each headphone has a battery with a capacity of 40 mAh. The charging case contains a battery with a capacity of 400 mAh, which charges the stored headphones. This allows you to recharge the headphones throughout the day even when you are away from a power outlet.
- Design — the headphones are of the in-ear type and fit directly into the ear canal. They feature a light rim on the outside. The material used is ABS plastic.

The headphones are suitable for everyday music listening at home, at work, and while travelling. The cylindrical case with display protects the headphones, charges them, and shows the battery status. Thanks to the case's 400 mAh battery, you can charge the headphones while on the go. This way, you always have them with you and ready to listen. Once you have sent the parcel, send us the proof of dispatch with the tracking number to info@lunzo.ie – this lets us process your return as quickly as possible and refund you without waiting for the parcel to arrive.
Product condition: you can also return goods that have been used or unpacked, or that no longer have their original packaging or tags
Costs: you pay the postage for sending the goods back to Spain; we charge no return fee
Refund: within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back or until you provide proof that you have sent them
Exchanges
Deadline: 30 days from receiving your parcel (exchange for a different size, colour or variant)
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie, giving your order number and the variant you want – once we have checked that it is available, we will send you instructions for the exchange, including the address to which you should send the original item
Costs: you pay to send the original item back; the new variant will be sent to you at no further charge
Faulty or damaged goods
Period for claiming a fault: up to six years from delivery of the goods – within the first 30 days you can reject a faulty product and ask for a full refund, and for the first 12 months a fault is presumed to have been present on delivery
How: write to us at info@lunzo.ie and attach a photograph or a video of the goods – in most cases you do not have to send the goods back
Remedies: a replacement with a new item, a reasonable price reduction, or a refund of the full purchase price
